I had been looking to purchase a new vehicle for a couple weeks and gone to several dealerships, some sales agents were very aggressive while others condescending because I'm young and maybe didn't see me as a potential buyer and didn't want to waste their time with me. Subaru was completely different, Sean Johnson was very helpful and professional. He even offered to email me a price sheet so I could look over different payment options without trying to get me inside to his office like the other dealerships. He let me look at the car without hovering over me and gave me straight answers. I'm very happy with my new car and my whole experience overall. More

Very Honest I was shopping around on a Friday, when I pulled into the lot in my cobra hoping to get it appraised, now I pulled in for a specific reason, they had I was shopping around on a Friday, when I pulled into the lot in my cobra hoping to get it appraised, now I pulled in for a specific reason, they had the car I wanted! I was searching and test driving and crunching numbers all day, when Robert, sales extraordinaire, approached me, and was immediately very courteous, and offered a test drive of the Mazda3. The car I thought was too good to be true, but wait! He offered me a very reasonable trade in, and even took some of the cost off of the already discounted Mazda, as I told him I was very interested, he waited patiently. I received a call later in the day and from there we bartered, the sales team was honest and fair, then told me there was a test drive scheduled for another potential buyer. So I waited, and he then told me that it was still available, it was a long and confusing process, but the Subaru team made every second count with their patience, as I am a first time buyer. I may seem a little biased, but the team was eager to provide information, and expressed interest in myself and my investment. Thankfully, after two days and 6 different test drives, I drove off of the lot in my 2012 Mazda3 Skyactiv, And I'm freaking stoked that I am safe and invested for the next few years because of the patience and helpful attitude of the Subaru team, Robert especially. if you're looking for a good modest car buying experience, with a team that's patient, give these good folks a visit.
