Exceptional Experience I inherited my first car from my father so really knew nothing about the ins and outs of buying a new car. I went to two dealerships prior to going to Tucson Subaru and felt a little rushed and discouraged by the process. John Petersavage was my first point of contact- friendly, helpful, and straight to the point- he set me up with Jennifer Duran for my first appointment with Tucson Subaru. Jennifer was beyond impressive. She was kind, patient, and informational, and walked me around the entire lot to ensure I was making a decision I was happy with. John and Jennifer both walked me through much of the process, chatted with me, and made me feel at home. After I had made a decision, when I went to do finances and pick up the car, Jennifer showed me how to work everything in the car, while Traci in finance gave me a few laughs and walked me through that process. I can without a doubt say everyone involved went above and beyond for me. I know I can call to ask them questions or for anything else I need and they would help me with a smile on their face. A very pleasant experience. We stopped by to look at the 2017 models while we were out taking care of some errands, so we were totally not expecting to purchase a new vehicle. Mr. Wilson approached us outside and we began a conversation and we immediately enjoyed talking to him. He's a very pleasant person, very knowledgeable regarding the Subaru vehicles. We took a Legacy model for a drive, he explained how things worked in the vehicle and when we returned to the dealership we accompanied him inside and discussed the type of Legacy model we might be interested in. However, we had a few laughs regarding other things people talk about such as our past employments. Our visit with Mr. Wilson was as friendly as visiting with a neighbor. Also the information he provided regarding maintenance service and contracts for that was very helpful. So, this was a very good experience for us and we thank him for that. More

Wonderful service and great people! Sean Johnson was an amazing sales rep. He was very helpful from start to finish, and answered all questions I had. Outback purchase We came in just to sit in the Outback. Kevin showed us everything we wanted to know. Never any pressure. I've bought many cars over the years but this was the most pleasant experience at a car dealer I've ever had. If you go to Tucson Subaru ask for Kevin you will not be disappointed. Also Louie made the closing so easy. I was waiting for the high pressure sales pitch which you get at many other dealers but it never happened. When we drove out with our new Outback we both almost said together why didn't we come here sooner. The Kevin and Louie team gets 12 out of 10 stars! More

He is a rock star and the main reason I made my purchase. Traci Roberts was also highly competent. All staff that I came into contact with seemed to be genuinely friendly and helpful. One small negative item: It appears the engine cover is missing (perhaps they forgot to reinstall it after cleaning the engine?), and I will follow up about that. More
