Drive by sale made in heaven As someone that came completely unprepared and had no intention of even getting a new vehicle, I am extremely pleased. I was driving through on a mini road trip and saw this beauty on the lot.... the jeep of my dreams at a Suabaru dealership!!! I had some concerns with it and Steve Norris was extremely accommodating to make sure my spur the moment visit to the dealership wouldn't turn into a poor decision. He allowed to me bring a jeep mechanic over to check it out and test drive it to ensure it would be a good and safe purchase. Being out of state, if there were any questions I had that he didn't know, Steve would go out of his way to get an answer and was extremely patient with me. At NO point did I ever feel like he was just trying to get a sale for push me into a vehicle. After 1,000 questions, I decided to trade my vehicle in and was sent to Traci Roberts for financing and had an equally great experience with her. I didn't see a single customer in the whole store without a smile. I definitely recommend this dealership as they should ALL be like this one!! More

Nicest and best salesman -- and I looked ALOT ! FIRST, I tried for months to purchase a car in NJ (I have a home there I'm selling and move to AZ ) and absolutely no luck, even when I took my adul FIRST, I tried for months to purchase a car in NJ (I have a home there I'm selling and move to AZ ) and absolutely no luck, even when I took my adult son with me. The experiences ranged from ok to horrible ! I asked one guy friend to come with me a couple days and we met Steve. I had decided on either the Crosstrek or a Tucson (I had a Santa Fe Sport). The Subaru dealership was SO much nicer than Jim Click's Hyundai facility and we both liked Steve a lot too. The facility itself is modern and huge and nice outdoor pics everywhere. A comfy lounge with fruit & cookies, tea and coffee, if you are waiting for your car to be serviced or waiting for a salesman. The car I wanted was coming in and had to arrive before the 27th. It actually came on the 21st and was pretty easy checking out with Louie. More

I came in looking for a Subaru BRZ as I've always had my soft spot for Subarus. I never imagined that they had a lovely 370z that was kept in pristine condition. Jack McVey was very patient and helped me through the car selection process and wasn't afraid to speak his mind, telling me that albeit my car being lovely, it would like be somewhat impractical. Luckily I had another car otherwise Jack probably wouldn't let me take it off the lot. Keep up the great work! More

Everything Mike promised he delivered along with a nice surprise of a little discount that I wasn't expecting. I love that! My husband said that after about 5 minutes looking at the car and being in the vehicle that I stepped out and said "This is the car I want!". I would say that is pretty amazing! The other people on staff were kind and fun. I loved the fact that there are courtesy cars available when you take your car in for service and that there is a great sitting area, with March Madness playing, and great coffee and treats. Tucson Subaru just has it all and the best salesman in the business, Mike Henry! I love my car and it is sitting quietly in my garage as I am writing this grateful note! Tim Hanson was also very quick, efficient and answered all of our questions for our loan! What a cheery attitude too! I am blessed. More

Dealership cooperated with me on this day I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out, a process which took the better part of the day. I was allowed to return the car t I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out, a process which took the better part of the day. I was allowed to return the car the next day. No heavy sales pressure with Tim Hanson in the finance office. A nice surprise. I did purchase the car - and then noticed the vehicle was not exactly what I thought it needed to be. I had no idea Hyundai even made an Elantra without cruise control, and then I discovered there was no bluetooth either. So within a few minutes I said I made a mistake and the dealership allowed me to return the car. I don't know what would have happened if I had driven off the lot, I would only hope they would still have accommodated me. 5 star with the way the day ended up. More
