Dealership cooperated with me on this day I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out, a process which took the better part of the day. I was allowed to return the car t I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic to get it checked out, a process which took the better part of the day. I was allowed to return the car the next day. No heavy sales pressure with Tim Hanson in the finance office. A nice surprise. I did purchase the car - and then noticed the vehicle was not exactly what I thought it needed to be. I had no idea Hyundai even made an Elantra without cruise control, and then I discovered there was no bluetooth either. So within a few minutes I said I made a mistake and the dealership allowed me to return the car. I don't know what would have happened if I had driven off the lot, I would only hope they would still have accommodated me. 5 star with the way the day ended up. More

Outstanding and Perfect Mike Henry was the reason that I leased my Outback in less than 24 hours! He is a great listener, was courteous and respectful, showed me as many features as I could ask about and more! Everything Mike promised he delivered along with a nice surprise of a little discount that I wasn't expecting. I love that! My husband said that after about 5 minutes looking at the car and being in the vehicle that I stepped out and said "This is the car I want!". I would say that is pretty amazing! The other people on staff were kind and fun. I loved the fact that there are courtesy cars available when you take your car in for service and that there is a great sitting area, with March Madness playing, and great coffee and treats. Tucson Subaru just has it all and the best salesman in the business, Mike Henry! I love my car and it is sitting quietly in my garage as I am writing this grateful note! Tim Hanson was also very quick, efficient and answered all of our questions for our loan! What a cheery attitude too! I am blessed. More
