Lots of cars later, I have only one other time where I genuinely felt valued -- until now. Tucson Subaru wants to be in business 40 years from now and it shows. Everything is done with an eye toward making loyalty. The dealership won't have the "most add-on sales," or win any awards for additional accessories ordered, but it will have people returning again and again when it comes time to purchase another car for themselves or their children. More

I was very nervous about having to negotiate at the dealership, but was able to get a deal in writing through the internet department before we came in. Once we were there, Spence and the other staff answered all our questions and moved things along easily and fairly quickly. They had a kid room that our 5 year old chilled out in while we did the paperwork. There was several different add-ons offered in the finance office, but no hard sell or serious pressure. We walked out paying the price we expected and appreciated the zero percent financing options. We had visited some other Tucson dealerships and did not receive the same friendly, no pressure service. (And we love our new Subaru Forester!) More

I did lots of research before going to the dealership, and unfortunately things did not workout on the first day of the search. Thankfully, Jen texted me the day after and let me know that her manager was able to work out a great deal for a lease on a 2016 Legacy! What can I say? Drop-in service request When I purchased my 2013 Subaru from Tucson Subaru in February of 2016, I didn't notice the wheel locks on the tires/rims of my vehicle. I finally When I purchased my 2013 Subaru from Tucson Subaru in February of 2016, I didn't notice the wheel locks on the tires/rims of my vehicle. I finally tore the car apart searching for a hidden compartment the previous owners may have stashed the corresponding lug nut lock-no luck. Stopped by this morning and explained my predicament to Dan Ford in the service department. Dan took care of the customers who were ahead of me and then worked me in and took care of my problem. This is my second unscheduled visit to Tucson Subaru service department and, again, I was taken care of in record time. Thanks Dan and all of you in the service department. More
