We were able to compare multiple cars side by side based on what we were interested in, not just what was best for the dealer. They are honest and fair, through every decision. Ken was really wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond to give us great finacining options and educating us on the car. He never made us feel like we were being manipulated and laid everything out clearly. Subaru Tucson, similar to the cars, truly prioritizes integrity in both the cars and the service. Lastly, he made the experience special, finishing off with a boquet of roses to take home as we drove away. More

He was kinda of a "yes man" of sorts and did not really advise me on i The Finance Manager I spoke with was the only real down side to buying the car. He was kinda of a "yes man" of sorts and did not really advise me on if the gold service package had any draw backs. He more or less just said it was really good and avoided details. I asked him if it covers a replacement clutch to which he said yes but apparently it doesn't. He also played with numbers a lot. Like we asked him "Hey whats the price with out the gold service for a 6 year loan". He then gave us a price that included the gold service that he apparently "made a deal" on but didn't really show us the price with out it. Honestly this was my first new car and I don't need anymore buyers remorse from a service that costs me ~$40 a month that I am not sure I need. I would tell others not to work with Ascencio. I came to this Subaru because Kevin was there and he didn't treat me like other car salesmen did. He wasn't pushy. Ascencio changed my opinion of this dealership. More
Best in the state, by far! I first went to Peoria Subaru, then Camelback Subaru, then AutoNation Subaru. I had very disappointing experiences with these three. I found the 2017 I first went to Peoria Subaru, then Camelback Subaru, then AutoNation Subaru. I had very disappointing experiences with these three. I found the 2017 Subaru STI I wanted online in the Tucson Subaru inventory. The vehicle was marked $3,000 less than the other dealerships so I asked AutoNation to get that one for me. They told me that the price couldn't be correct and then wouldn't get me what I wanted for my trade in. So naturally I called Tucson Subaru to verify. This was my first contact with Jennifer Duran. She was very nice and helpful. She didn't even try to get me to drive two hours down there to buy it from them. She simply answered my questions in detail. After AutoNation failed, I called Jennifer back to see what they could do. Over the course of a few hours, I sent pictures of my trade in with my out the door price on the vehicle. After a little negotiating, she came back with a yes. I immediately made the 2+ hour drive down to Tucson from the Phoenix area. When I arrived, Jennifer had the vehicle clean and ready to go with all of the paperwork ready as well. I was in and out in under two hours. The drive took longer than the sale/trade in. This dealership is truly the best Subaru in the state of Arizona. I won't hesitate to give Jennifer a call the next time I want to buy a Subaru. More

He printed us the invoice they paid for the car and our price. We ended having to order a car from the factory to get the specifications we wanted. Surprised it came in 4 weeks when told likely would be 8 weeks. Sean kept us posted weekly with updates and was very knowledgeable. Once we decided to lease, we where sent to Tim Hanson with finance. With previous experiences at car dealerships got a lot of pressure to buy special upgrades or warranties. Tim was very straight forward and told us packages that were a waste of money and those we might be interested in. Again, no pressure however, and very friendly More
