A refreshing auto buying experience! We made an appt. with our Costco Buying Program paperwork ready. Even though the actual purchase process does take some time, we never felt pressured. Extraordinary Service and People I came in knowing what car I wanted to buy and Bob Wilson was extremely helpful in making sure that the car met my needs in every way, including a mon I came in knowing what car I wanted to buy and Bob Wilson was extremely helpful in making sure that the car met my needs in every way, including a monthly payment that was in my budget. Steve Willis was part of the staff that I initially talked to about the car. The entire staff at Tucson Subaru including Tim Hansen in Finance worked hard to make sure I drove out of the dealership happy and not completely broke! (Thanks guys!) I came in with my offer and a few hours later I drove away with a 2017 Outback. While I sat comfortably eating a cookie, behind the scenes 1) my offer was accepted, 2) credit checked, 3) car detailed, 4) Traci Finance prepared all documents, 5) Jennifer went over all the books involved in owning the car 6) Traci Roberts gave me detailed explanation of maintenance coverage, I signed my name 10 times and 7) I was out the door with my new car and a dozen roses from the dealership. Very smooth and pain-free. Thank you, Jennifer! More
