From the front desk person (who remembered my name), to Chris (salesman), to the "money guy" and even the other sales people who held the door for me and politely asked who I was looking for. No pressure. Chris did a great job of staying in contact with me but not to the point of being obnoxious. I'm even looking forward to bringing it in for the first oil change because it is like everyone is friendly. You rock guys!!!!! More

Tucson Sunaru exceeded all of my expectations, Tucson Subaru is by far the best dealership I have ever delt with. In the past I have purchased 7 new cars from various dealerships and none of them Tucson Subaru is by far the best dealership I have ever delt with. In the past I have purchased 7 new cars from various dealerships and none of them compare to the exceedingly helpful experience I had with Tucson Subaru. Everyone was highly proficient and helpful in their explanations no matter what my questions were. Everyone is very experienced in their field which is great because I had a lot of questions. Terry Isemenger in sales made my car buying experience uncommonly easy, and comfortable. Trent Nichols was so patient with me when explaining various things to me and also when we went out to my new Outback where he explained the the features to me. His explainations were very helpful. Tim Hanson worked with me when it came to the financing and that was a very smooth experience. Everyone of them told me if I have any questions I could call them. This was a very comfortable experience. More

Best buying experience we've ever had! We found our experience to be pleasant and low pressured, The staff met every need and question we had in a friendly and courteous way. We appreciated their honesty, integrity, and felt they were truly interested in giving us a fair deal on the car WE wanted rather than selling us a "loan payment we could afford" on a car they wanted to sell. We were impressed by their inventory and felt is gave us the opportunity to find the car we really wanted rather than accept limited options like we have encountered at other dealerships. We'd definitely recommend Tucson Subaru to all our friends and family (not just for the dealership, but also for a great car). Spence, Steve, and Tim were a pleasure to work with. We felt like we'd known them for years. Buying our Subaru from Tucson Subaru was the best buying experience either of us have ever had at a dealership. Absolutely awesome. Great people, worth the drive from NM Kevin had a full tank of gas and new tires on the used Mazda we purchased. Much appreciated!
