Ken Murch (sales) was patient, super knowledgeable and helpful from first contact weeks ago as to both the issues I was wrestling with concerning current (and now previous) vehicle, and what current Subaru model would best meet my current/future needs and preferences. No hustling or pressures, just straightforward answers and sound advice, plus helpful guidance (regarding new vehicle features) during test drives. I also appreciated the attentive detail offered regarding whether to lease or buy the selected Forester 2..0XT Premium, and how the monthly payments for each option would vary according to how much down payment I chose to make and over how many years. From beginning to end of my time yesterday (6.8.2016) at Tucson Subaru, which concluded with my saying goodbye to former vehicle and driving the new Forester home, not one question or detail escaped Ken's attention. Seamless and Smooth In the beginning of May I had been in contact with Steve Norris via email about possibly trading in our 2014 but we opted not to at the time. (How qui In the beginning of May I had been in contact with Steve Norris via email about possibly trading in our 2014 but we opted not to at the time. (How quickly we changed our minds) Steve was extremely quick to respond to my emails and understanding when we initially opted not to go ahead with a purchase at the time. We took our 2014 Outback in for service during the end of May and were provided with a loaner vehicle. (Which by the way is such an awesome convenience to a family of 4) The loaner had the new touchscreen features that we did not have in our 2014. When we came back at the end of the day we decided to peek at the 2016 Outbacks. Knowing how popular the are we were not surprised at all just to find one on the lot. It was a Limited and out of our price range but what we saw was enough to make us want to trade up. So while looking at the sole Outback we were approached by Ken Murch. He greeted us and introduced himself. All the while keeping us at ease and not giving us that pressured feeling that we have all felt at a dealership before. He opened the car up for us and inquired if we were working with anyone. I let him know that I had spoken to Steve Norris via email. Without any issue Ken set off to find Steve while we continued to check out the Outback. Steve and Ken came back several minutes later. Steve explained to us that he was currently with another customer and let us know that Ken would help us. I explained to Ken our financial situation and what we were looking for from a new Outback. He understood immediately and did not try to force anything onto us. Ken took us inside and made us comfortable while he started the process for evaluating our trade in and locating an incoming vehicle that would work for us. We wanted a Premium Outback with a black cloth interior. He located an Outback that was enroute to the dealer via rail shipment. I unsure about the Twilight Blue color. Ken walked the lot looking for a vehicle that was Twilight Blue. He couldn't find one so he checked the inventory in the back and located one. He pulled the vehicle up front so we could see. My wife loved the color. We went back inside to go over number's for the purchase. The process was quick and painless. We got a great deal. All we had to do was wait for our new Outback to arrive. Less than 2 weeks later I was advised by Ken that our Outback was off the transporter. We set up a time to come finish the paperwork. When we arrived Ken was ready for us and the process went smoothly. He walked us around the new car and walked us through the manuals. During the time we were with Ken he interacted with both of our kids making them both feel welcome and giggle quite frequently. Before we knew it we were in Traci Roberts office dong the finance paperwork. Traci went over the add ons that were available and the pricing. She explained each product and let us make up our own minds on what me might get. She did not force anything on us and let us decide. She answered several questions for us adequately. During the entire time were were with Traci she was friendly to our kiddos (2yrs and 10yrs) She loaned my daughter a stuffed Chik Fil A cow to play with and gave both kids paper to draw on. Next thing we knew the paperwork was done! During the purchase of our 2014 Outback I had a chance to meet Traci. She hasn't changed and that is a plus. She is very friendly and fun to work with. We put all of the family stuff into the new Outback and we were on our way!!! Thanks Tucson Subaru. I was very impressed how welcomed our whole family was while we were in the dealership 2 time for 2+ hours each time. It was nice to have a family welcome environment. I only have two suggestions and those both relate to the kids room. (Which is a great idea by the way) The door to the room causes kids to get their fingers pinched which could cause an injury. Both times we were here the kids computer in the kids room was not working. It could assist in keeping the kiddos occupied while their parents are busy in Sales, Parts or Service. More
ENJOYED MY EXPERIENCE GETTING A NEW FORESTER AT TUCSON SUBAR LAST FRIDAY (6/3/16) AT AROUND 3PM I WALKED INTO JOE MICOLETTI'S OFFICE AND SAID I WOULD LIKE TO LOOK AT THE SUBURU FORESTER. WE WENT FOR A RIDE IN A LAST FRIDAY (6/3/16) AT AROUND 3PM I WALKED INTO JOE MICOLETTI'S OFFICE AND SAID I WOULD LIKE TO LOOK AT THE SUBURU FORESTER. WE WENT FOR A RIDE IN A WHITE FORESTER THAT WAS EQUIPPED WITH THE OPTIONS AND AMENITIES THAT I WANTED. I TOLD JOE I WANTED TO LEASE IT AND A SHORT TIME LATER EVERYTHING WAS APPROVED AND I WAS ON MY WAY. I WAS NOT SURPRISED HOW EASY THIS WAS BECAUSE A FEW MONTHS AGO MY WIFE AND I DEALT WITH JOE WHEN WE PURCHASED A NEW CROSSTREK FOR KATHY. WE BOTH ENJOYED THE EXPERIENCE AS JOE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND EASY-GOING AND TRIES TO MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT FOR A GOOD PRICE. HE IS ALSO VERY THOROUGH WHEN SHOWING YOU ALL THE FEATURES OF YOUR NEW CAR.
