To mitigate my inconvenience , my salesman Bob dropped off a loaner car at my house...and then dropped off my car when it was done! Service with a smile and great follow up by my salesman. After doing some research on my own, I decided the Subaru Impreza was exactly what I was looking for. Tucson Suabaru had this CPO 2015 Impreza priced completely fairly, I didn't have to haggle to get a good price. The whole experience with Kevin and Traci was a breeze, both were incredibly friendly, helpful and gave good advice. Kevin even helped me find a good deal on an insurance policy so I could get out the door. Financing was a breeze and at a better rate than anywhere I was pre-approved. The coffee is pretty darn good too. 10/10 would shop again. More

He offered lots of helpful information and suggestions, and showed me how to navigate all the bells and whistles on the 2012 Toyota Camry that I eventually purchased. Just browsing and didn't expect to buy a car that day I am a long-time Subaru owner (my current Subaru Outback Sedan was purchased in 2000), and I have loved both my car and the superb services the dealer I am a long-time Subaru owner (my current Subaru Outback Sedan was purchased in 2000), and I have loved both my car and the superb services the dealerships have provided over the years. My husband loves many vehicles and owns a pickup truck, a 4-wheel drive SUV, and 3 motorcycles. Now that we are retired, we need fewer vehicles, since we don't have enough space to store them all, and I think we need to simplify our lives somewhat. I convinced my husband that we should consider a new Outback to serve our varied needs for auto transportation, including our interest in 4-wheeling our way on the many scenic unimproved roads throughout Arizona. We had been in contact with our salesman for several weeks because we were buying through the Costco Auto Buying Program, and we set up and appointment to meet with him on May, 8th. CJ knew we wanted to look at both the Forester and Outback models, and he was very detailed in his descriptions of the features of both as we sat in the demo vehicles and played with the buttons and levers. We quickly zeroed in on the Outback as the ideal model for us, and CJ took us on a test drive. Both my husband and I drove the car while CJ put us through the paces on a nearby windy steep road, and he showed us how the braking and manual gear systems worked and then how the adaptive cruise control works on a busy city street. At that point we were hooked and decided to buy the car we were testing because it had all the features we wanted. The actual purchase transaction was pretty painless, even though we didn't have any documentation of our financial status with us. We decided to finance the car and selected some additional options. We were able to make the down payment on a credit card and then CJ handed us the hands-free fobs and took us to our new car. He then covered in detail how to operate the necessary buttons and switches to drive the car and use the Starlink features. Then I drove home with my husband in his SUV ahead. The next day we had some second thoughts about our decisions regarding some of the uninstalled options we had purchased, and we called the next business day. They welcomed us to return and get more information and to revise any and all of the uninstalled options we had chosen, We did revise those options and were able to sign a new purchasing contract without any hassle whatsoever. Our experience with these professionals was amazing, and we give this dealership and both CJ Nichols and Louie Ascencio our highest recommendation. More
