Determined the cause of the problem was an external factor, not a fault of the vehicle. Marcos did an excellent job of explaining the problem, the cause, estimate of repair, arranged for a loaner vehicle, and dealt with the insurance company. I've worked with a couple okay dealers in the past, but this Subaru dealer, including every person we worked with (Jennifer Duran, Kevin McDougall, Curt McHenry and the managers) goes the extra mile. Make that plural, miles. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at all. Tucson is really lucky to have this well-managed dealership. It's icing on the cake they are selling such great cars :-) Just go. More

That is so different from other businesses! The people I deal with seem to have the answer to my question at their fingertips. My small concerns seem to be of vital interest to them to make sure that I get the right answer to my question.
