I than emailed a few other dealerships in the state. Trent Nichols from Tucson Subaru was very professional and responded very quickly. I could tell early on dealing with him that this would not be the stereotypical car salesman. After a few emails we agreed on a price and than that is where Trent really shined. He along with the dealership went to bat for me to get the best possible financing and that took a little bit of work. After they went the extra mile they were able to get me a great deal on financing. This was such a good deal that I told my mother about it and she signed up with Trent as well. This was all done from Phoenix and they made it seamless. We had scheduled everything for the signing and than the unexpected happened. Trent's wife went into labor and he was unable to be there. His brother C.J. took the assist and ran with it. He had the cars all polished for when my mother and I got down there. All paperwork was ready to be signed and we have previously sent in the documents needed. The whole car deal just flowed. By far the most professional dealership that I have dealt with. I will for sure be making the drive down from Phoenix and highly recommend this dealership. More

The facility is clean and modern from the sales floor to the service department. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership and will most certainly do so again. More

My first drive was with Kevin Woessner, who gave me great information and made me feel so comfortable. I liked him and the Subaru right away! When he went on vacation, I began to work with Jennifer Duran, who was fabulous! She made it all so easy! I talked to Trent Nichols, too, but he was pretty busy having his first baby daughter. I kind of feel like I belong to the Subaru family! I LOVE my new car and the whole Subaru team! More

Initially I thought that I this was going to be a bad experience due to the fact that I walked into the dealer showroom and not single person asked me if I needed help. I asked a salesman at the counter if I could get some assistance and his reply was, "Yeah they will be with you in a minute." This irritated me at first because it seemed like they did not value my business enough to have anyone at least ask me if I needed help. Then in comes Rudy, an internet salesman, he was very apologetic and said that he would be more than happy to help me. I already knew the cars I wanted to look at so that part was simple. The only complaint I had was that he did not seem familiar with the cars I was looking at however, they were not Subarus so I cannot fault him. I test drove what would eventually be my new(used) Infiniti and told him I had to get going due to the fact that I rode a motorcycle from 70 miles away and a thunder storm was rolling in. He said okay and took down my information and told me to let him know if I wanted to make an offer. It took me until Saturday to make it back up to Tucson in order to purchase a car. I started searching at 9:00am and saved the Subaru dealer for last because I had already test drove the car I wanted to look at there. I went to 5 different dealers around town and did not find anything that really jumped out at me or any salesman that really went out of their way to make the experience memorable. I finally ended up back at the Subaru dealer and drove the Infiniti again as well as a Subaru. I told Rudy that I was going to go grab dinner and talk to the wife about the decision. He was not pushy and did not imply that I needed to finish the deal then and there and said he would be there when I got back. I walked about half a mile to grab food and returned about an hour later and Rudy was ready. I told him that I was ready to make and offer. We did the normal back and forth with the sales manager and I knew what I wanted to pay and eventually with Rudy's help we settled on a price. This is where the problems started and dealership really began to shine. Being 5pm on a Saturday my bank was closed and could not process my pre-approval. I began to get very worried because I had not way to get back to town and the dealer and bank were both closed on Sunday. In comes Louie the finance manager. He quailed my worries and told me that he would get my home in that car tonight and should be able to even beat my pre-approval. After a few set backs with a local credit union (not living in that county) and doing some work arounds Louie whipped up a solution, printed out all the paperwork, got my out-of-state registration squared away, got the paperwork processed and ready to mail to my my wife who was out of state, and finalized the deal in less than 20 minutes. He did not pressure me for the usual extended warranty or the dealer car alarm, he did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was professional, quick, innovative, and understanding. We shook hands and I knew all the steps I needed to take Monday in order to finish up the little details. After the papers were signed Rudy handed me the keys and gave me a brief overview of the car (again it was a Subaru so there wasn't much to it) we also shook hands and I was happily on my way home with a wonderful car and a great experience under my belt. Despite some hang up here and there throughout this was a great car purchase. Rudy is sincere and professional and will do his best to accommodate your needs. Louie is smart and willing to do whatever it takes to take care of a customer. I would absolutely come back to purchase another car. Thank you gentlemen! More

Excellent customer service Tucson Subaru is a well-managed organization. The showroom is clean, attractive, and comfortable. You are greeted and helped immediately. I had an app Tucson Subaru is a well-managed organization. The showroom is clean, attractive, and comfortable. You are greeted and helped immediately. I had an appointment, which I think expedited the process. I was introduced to my salesperson from Costco's Auto Program, which I recommend you look into. The showroom had each model represented, so it wasn't necessary to test drive every single one. I narrowed down my search and only test drove one vehicle to know it was the right model. The process to purchase was smooth. I think I spent a total of 5 hours from test drive to signing on the dotted line. I am so happy with my new car! More

The service department is top Tucson Subaru consistently provides friendly and easy car buying experience. They are also number 1 in customer service. The service department is top notch. In fact I was so impressed with the service department that I traded my Nissan Frontier in for a Subaru Forester so that I wouldn't have to deal with a another dealer's nefarious service department.
