Trent Nichols was assigned to help me and before he even started to try and sell me he asked questions about my previous car, what I liked and did not like about it, the color, seats and everything else. Then he asked about my driving habits and those of my husband who would be driving the car sometimes as well. He told us he would be right back and when he came back he asked me to go for a test drive. It was a Tungsten Steel Subaru Outback with cloth seats and sunroof. I drove around a few blocks and came back in to tell my husband this was the car I wanted, no need to drive anything else. Trent just knew the exact car that would be right for me by simply asking questions before trying to sell me. More
