We came in for emergency repairs on a used 13 Crosstrek with just over 200k miles. Having never been to the dealer before, did not know what to expect. We "shopped" cars while waiting for the loaner and even though we had no intention of buying a car, we knew the cost of fixing it might not be worth it. Well the story ends with us buying a 2025 Outback 5 days later. Brittney was helpful and responsive, Debbie worked hard to get us in a new vehicle - and had patience with me when I changed the car in the 11th hour.
