Working with salesperson Humberto was a pleasant experience. Humberto provided excellent five star service. However, working with Traci in finance was not a pleasant experience. I did not appreciate the lack of transparency in the purchasing process. I submitted recommendations for improvement directly to the general manager. If those improvements are implemented then I would recommend this dealership. More
