Was not rushed and given plenty of choices. Pros & Cons discussed as well as financing options. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others. discussed as well as financing options. All personnel were friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others. More
This was our third purchase or lease from Tucson Subaru in the past few years - and the highest levels of care and customer support have been maintained each and every time. I bought the Forester in September 2020 with cash but without instruction 4 days after my Pilot was totaled. After 4K miles I finally got the essential instruction from Darla. I hate having to buy a new or used car. I really do. And that’s why I do it only every eight to 10 years. Well 9 years had gone by and it was time. Dreading the process, I began my search. After about 3 wee that’s why I do it only every eight to 10 years. Well 9 years had gone by and it was time. Dreading the process, I began my search. After about 3 weeks of searching all the Subaru dealerships (including Phoenix), I came upon the used Forester I was looking for and it happened to be right in my own back yard at Tucson Subaru. Never having bought a car through a internet sales dept. before, I figured I’d give it a shot. What could go wrong, right? I did my due diligence as all car buyers should, had a good idea of what I should pay and and submitted my request. Within 5 minutes I was contacted by text by a gentleman by the name of Chris Smith, the internet manager at the dealership. It was about 5 minutes before they closed for the day and Chris asked if he could call the next day around 11AM, his starting time. I said certainly and at 11:05 he contacted me. I knew what I wanted because I had done my homework and what I thought a fair price would be. Chris was able to get there and turned me from a procrastinator into a buyer. He made it easy for me to say YES! I gathered my checkbook and title for my trade-in and headed down to the dealership. Upon arriving at the dealership I met Chris. He greeted me promptly and we headed back to his desk to finalize the purchase. Chris understood I knew what a fair price should be for the vehicle I was buying and I understood that car dealerships are not non profits. Our deal got done with respect and fairness which I consider a win-win for both of us. Most people who walk into a car dealership just want to be treated with respect, dignity and fainess. That’s all they ask. That was my experience this past weekend at Tucson Subaru. Chris Smith was my salesperson. He is kind, smart, fair and honest, a true professional. I would buy my next car off of him in a heartbeat. Tucson Subaru is lucky to have him as one of their many fine employees. Ted V. More

The overall process of purchasing a new Forester was really quite easy. Salesman Eddie is pretty new to Subaru and didn't have all the answers, but he admitted to that which is to be commended. really quite easy.
