Very Pleased! Ken Murch replied to my first email inquiry about comparing a pre-owned Outback to a new 2020 Outback. When I went in for a test drive, he explained that he had a delivery to meet and he introduced me to Robert Pedroza. I didn't have as much time as I would have liked for the test drives but Robert was very understanding and helpful, and I never felt like I was under any pressure to make a decision. I really appreciated how Robert explained the various features and how they worked. My wife and I decided to purchase a 2020 Outback. When we went in to complete our purchase the whole process went very smoothly. Once again, Robert was very helpful in explaining everything and answering all of our questions. Jennifer Duran was also very good at explaining all of the financing portion of our purchase. Overall, we have no complaints about our experience at Tucson Subaru and I can't think of any areas of the process that needs improvement. More

I left the car lot headed to other car lots a short distance away. I kept thinking about one gray Subaru. The next morning, I decided to go back to test drive the gray Impreza. After getting th the car lot after 6:00 PM, I thought about looking at a second, white, Impreza. Shawna got the keys for both and we headed to the line up of cars. First I looked at the gray 2019 car, then the 2017 white Impreza. The price was only about $500 different. I pondered over the newer one with very few miles and the older one with many more features. There was no pressure from Shawna. She pointed out the things I had observed. My decision was based on the one I liked the best. It was white. More
