Sale person knew car well, could answer most questions. Negotiation process was very slow and difficult, took 2 weeks. Buying (paperwork ) process was fast, took only 3 hours. More

My interaction with Chris was what I expected when dealing with the Internet sales person. He was professional and easy to work with and provided very helpful information to me to help me make the decision. When I was selling computers, we called it "consultative selling". 2 previous attempts to deal with internet sales at other dealerships ended unsatisfactorily.
