Extraordinary Service and Vehicles! Tucson Subaru is awesome! I just received my new Crosstrek and I love it! Robert Pedroza was especially helpful, kind, patient, and fun to work with. Tucson Subaru is awesome! I just received my new Crosstrek and I love it! Robert Pedroza was especially helpful, kind, patient, and fun to work with. He is an extraordinary employee and a low-pressure salesperson. I appreciated the way that he coordinated ongoing care and questions regarding financing, service appointments, and meeting with the manager before I left with my car. I love all the features in my Crosstrek. The audio system is amazing! The all-wheel drive is phenomenal. Robert took the time to explain every single item in the car and to help me set up my phone and other custom-controlled safety and driving features. Went in for a service check. Left with a new car. I originally went in to see what needed done on my old Subaru Legacy. Turned out to need a lot more than I'd anticipated. The tech who serviced it s I originally went in to see what needed done on my old Subaru Legacy. Turned out to need a lot more than I'd anticipated. The tech who serviced it suggested looking into getting a newer car and showed me the refurbished used cars Subaru had for sale. I picked the one I liked and the Tech introduced me to Mike, who let me try out the car, and then helped get the paperwork sorted, signed, and filed in as seamless a manner as possible. I've never bought a car before and he made it painless. In the end I was able to drive my new, significantly better, car home that same evening. Thank you very mucy ^.^ More

This was the smoothest car purchase I ever had. I bought a used car - 2018 Mazda CX 5 - from them. Kevin Gribble was honest and easy to work with. Since the dealership is 100 miles from my home, I finalize a used car - 2018 Mazda CX 5 - from them. Kevin Gribble was honest and easy to work with. Since the dealership is 100 miles from my home, I finalized price and terms through email and phone. Kevin was very prompt in replying and gave a detailed breakdown for the total out the door price. Their pricing was very reasonable and they didn't add any junk fee. There were no unpleasant surprises when I visited the dealership next day. Car was in great shape, just like new. Zero pressure to buy any accessories or services. Final price was $1 less than what we had agreed upon. Great experience. I would highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Kevin Gribble. More
