I am disgusted with Alexis Ramos. I told him I wanted the finance to be with McCoy credit union, because the interest rate is 7.5%, and the manager stated the McCoy rate of 7.5% does I told him I wanted the finance to be with McCoy credit union, because the interest rate is 7.5%, and the manager stated the McCoy rate of 7.5% does not exist and that is best to go with Addiction. Because the lowest rate was actually 7.99%. In the end Alexis went behind my back and I ended up receiving a rate of 9.69%. I was never notified of these changes and it was never the agreement. I am not happy, I was lied to! I will never purchase a car with Hyundai universal Deerfield Orlando ever again and will never recommend it anyone. My credit score is excellent, I did not deserve this at all. Thank you More
