Our car “salesman“ did a good job. Didn’t expect anything different when looking for a used car. He was helpful in finding my daughter a car and trying to get us the deal that I wanted Didn’t expect anything different when looking for a used car. He was helpful in finding my daughter a car and trying to get us the deal that I wanted. However, when his “sales manager” came over, he was extremely condescending kept “holding my hand“ and speaking very soft and whiny saying“don’t you see I’m trying to help you?” When I told him that he needed to stop touching me and start listening to me, he got offensive,. When he told me we could not work the deal I wanted, he stood up and walked away. I reached my hand out to shake his but he was already gone, I turned to the sales associate and said thank you very much for your time. I’m sorry this couldn’t work out for both of us, and as I was talking to him, the sales manager turned around came back interrupted-shoved paper in my face and said “what do you want?” so I told him what I wanted And he went and got somebody else who is very polite and understood where I was coming from what I was willing to spend- also that I was willing to leave if I couldn’t make the numbers match my daughters budget. He worked with me and got me exactly what I wanted. Oh yeah, this also took over four hours. More
