In search for the missing link So I was looking for a Honda Accord for my 18 year old son. But not just any accord. A 2012 Sedan which had to be gray exterior, black interior and ha So I was looking for a Honda Accord for my 18 year old son. But not just any accord. A 2012 Sedan which had to be gray exterior, black interior and had to have a sun roof. Looked around everywhere. I did find some which were cheaper than others, but most had over 100K miles on them. Most were also being sold by small dealers. Then I came across our 2012 Accord EX-L with everything and much more from our list with only 70K miles. We thought it was too good to be true, so we took a drive to Valley Honda which is our closest Honda dealer. We were supposed to speak to Soham, but he was busy with a different client so he introduced us to Bill. What can I say, it couldn't have turned out any better. Bill could have brushed us off since we were not buying a new car, etc. However instead he treated us as if we were buying a brand new 30K Honda. He went over the car with us, explained everything that had been done to the car at the dealer. Showed us the Carfax report, etc. What can I say, I could have walked out since the sales manager did not agree on my offer. But how can I do that to Bill, besides we were off by a few hundred dollars. The car was impeccable, we still cant figure out who owned it as it looks as if it had come out of the production line the day before. Obviously Valley Honda's delivery team did an amazing job on it but still I have seen my shares of used cars and can tell which cars are family owned and which ones are not. Anyways, Bill helped us get the car and was there until I left happy. My son is beyond himself with his new car, all due to Bill's hard work, dedication and politeness. Now let's hope the folks at the service department are as good as Bill. More

A Great Experience for a First Time Car Buyer I recently bought a 2019 Honda Civic EX from Valley Honda in Aurora, IL. I had previously researched car dealerships online and chose Valley Honda bas I recently bought a 2019 Honda Civic EX from Valley Honda in Aurora, IL. I had previously researched car dealerships online and chose Valley Honda based on their positive reviews. As a first time car buyer the experience of such a large purchase can be intimidating. However, Fred Sims and Jab Rahman expertly guided me throughout the process of buying my first car. Fred Sims was very knowledgable on every aspect of the Honda Civic and gave me a detailed walkthrough of all the features prior to the test drive. He was able to explain the differences between the various Civic models. Fred was laid back from the start and made the car buying process fun. I was given a tour of the entire facility including the maintenance garage. Fred was able to answer all my questions and concerns prior to the purchase of the car. Refreshments were offered every time I stopped in. Jab Rahman helped me find the car that I wanted and check the inventory for the specific color I had in mind. Jab was very helpful and and was an expert on what they currently had available in their inventory. He explained the different options that were available and made the process of getting the car I wanted a breeze. He also handled the finance end of things and was able to answer any questions or confusion I had. Fred made the paperwork aspect of the deal very easy and painless. He was very low pressure which I greatly appreciated. Buying a car can be a stressful experience. However, I always felt that I was in good hands. After the purchase of the car Fred and Jab went above and beyond my expectations. They actually stayed around after closing to talk and give me insight about the car and what to expect. Fred stayed with me to give me one last tour of the car before I drove it off the lot. He again answered any questions I had and even explained the best route I could take home to avoid tolls. I appreciated his sincereness and I can tell that he loves what he does. He never seemed rushed even at the end of the night and truly cared about offering the best buying experience he could. Overall, I had a perfect experience at Valley Honda. I sincerely could not have asked for two better people to work with. Excellent experience! I had called in to get some information and Chase is the salesman who took the call. I feel like I hit the jackpot in dealing with him. Because of my lease situation with another dealership I had to wait a couple weeks before I move forward. Chase made a couple calls and emails to keep in touch during that time without being pushy.
