If I can give Steve Grady and Diego more then 5 stars I would. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.Showed us what we came looking for and also provided us with more options to work with our budget. Got a Honda certified used 2021 CRV which I love! Experience just like in most dealerships was long and dreadful but Delaney was accommodating, kind, and very talkative which helped the time go by a Experience just like in most dealerships was long and dreadful but Delaney was accommodating, kind, and very talkative which helped the time go by a little smoother! I did forget to mention in my Google review that the car was given to me semi cleaned so I had to take it to my car wash and give it a good vacuum and wipe down the interior! Both Delaney and Tyler the finance guy gave me push back when asking about price and the bank approval letter which was annoying as I was about to make a large purchase but overall I’ve always liked valley Honda due to them not having extra B.S fees so I gave them a sale! More
