Its a good investment, if you can afford the extra monthly costs (which I couldn't). But they were sooo helpful getting me insured. The insurance quote I had was too high and Lee Jaitt connected me to an insurance broker who got me insured on the spot and at a much lower rate. More

Luis Martinez and Lee Jaitt were very professional We were greeted by Luis Martinez at the parking lot. Luis had previously helped us with our granddaughter's car. We have full trust that he works hard for us to give us the most reasonable deal for the exact car for us. The Ventura Toyota Family is where we always refer friends and relatives. After searching for the past few months at MANY dealerships, I just bought my first car here today! Luis M is of the best car salesmen I have met. After searching for the past few months at MANY dealerships, I quickly found Ventura Toyota and Luis were one of a kind. He was honest, genuine, and willing to work with my very selective car preferences. This was contrary to the many dealerships I walked away from because of poor customer service. I will return here for another car in the future and I will send my family and friends here to buy their cars as well. I highly recommend Luis Martinez as a salesman and Ventura Toyota. Got the car I wanted - From a professional team of experts I went to the wrong Toyota dealership by mistake, and boy am I glad !!! I meant to go to the Oxnard location, but accidentally ended up at Ventura Toy I went to the wrong Toyota dealership by mistake, and boy am I glad !!! I meant to go to the Oxnard location, but accidentally ended up at Ventura Toyota. I found a fantastic car at a very pleasant competitive price. My salesman Deon Simpson was smart and witty, and not unpleasant to listen to, (although I still think my jokes were funnier than his). Surprisingly, after getting into the price range I asked for, and on the car I WANTED, I was introduced to the Top Dog of previously owned vehicles to seal the deal. And although once again, I still think my jokes were funnier than his, I was again amazed to find a very non stressful situation, very professional team of folks that went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted. I am amazed by this Toyota dealership and I am happy to be a valued customer. Thx once again to the team at Ventura Toyota, I could not be happier with my car, price, terms, and the team of folks that did their best to get me the ride I needed. - JB. 10.12.14. More
