The representative I dealt with was Eric and he was extremely helpful. He set me up with a loaner, and sped up the process to have my car completed because I needed to leave town. When the car was returned to me, everything was in good working conditions and very clean. There was even something wrong with the key and that was also replaced without me even mentioning it. Thank you Chris for getting me a Rental Car when you did not have a loaner car for me to use .I am so sorry I forgot to mention the broken turn signal light…A constructive suggestion is to check the lights not have a loaner car for me to use .I am so sorry I forgot to mention the broken turn signal light…A constructive suggestion is to check the lights on the vehicle as part of the Multi point vehicle inspection I believe that $60 to replace a turn signal light is a bit expensive I did ask to have someone take the car out for a test drive to check the brakes, and if they drove around the block they may have noticed the fast blinker… More
