Steve is world class. I am a compulsive researcher and when looking for a new wrangler I talked to dozens of dealerships, they all were the same with one exception Videon and Steve. They had a car on their lot with the rare sun and sound package, I honestly thought it would be out of my budget. Steve called me right away from my inquiry, I explained where I was looking to be, and he said give me 10 let me make this work. Steve called me back and came in UNDER my monthly budget on a car that was $2,000 more than other models I was looking at, at other dealers. Steve and Videon saved me over $150 per month I still am not sure how they made this deal but I am so glad I found them. The dealership experience was great, due to COVID we wanted to be in and out, Steve got all my documents up front and from the time we hit the lot to the time we were driving off was less than an hour! 5 stars is enough for Steve and the whole team at Videon, I live 2 hours away and all my future Jeep purchases will be made at Videon.
