I would say it was almost perfect, but the only thing that disappointed me was the condition of the Subaru when I drove it home. The detailing was lackluster and not very thorough. Fabric on the doors had dirt and fingerprints and there was something spilled on the drivers side door speaker and all over the door. Buttons and controls were dirty and could’ve been a lot cleaner with a simple q-tip. Very discouraged when the hard part of the sale was so successful, but then to be so let down when I drove home that I had to use armor all and cleaner on the car to do it myself. Your detailing department failed. Everyone else was excellent. More
