Overall, we have been very satisfied with our dealings at W&L Subaru. We have leased several cars there over the years and had them serviced there as well with no previous issues. The other day I took o W&L Subaru. We have leased several cars there over the years and had them serviced there as well with no previous issues. The other day I took our 2018 Imprezas in for a State Inspection. It is complimentary so no complaints there. I was told that cabin air filter needed replacing and I agreed to that. I knew that I would have to pay for the filter ($38.00 which IMO is a bit steep) but was caught off guard with the $40.00 labor charge. I’m not a mechanic but I have never had to pay a labor charge anywhere else to have a cabin filter installed. It’s typically been part of the service and the filter has been significantly cheaper wherever else I’ve had it installed. Again, We have always had a great experience at W&L and I’m sure that will continue to be the case in the future. I just felt I had to make it known about the disappointment I felt at the labor charge the other day. Jim Findlay More

In the age of covid-19 when I arrived the service man who greeted me had his make down at The sign on the door states that face masks are required. In the age of covid-19 when I arrived the service man who greeted me had his make down at his neck, not covering his mouth or nose the entire visit even as he came to the waiting room to talk to customers. ALL customers were properly covered my entire visit. As Becky Kline, my sales person walked by the waiting area we spoke and she had her mask on the proper way, covering both nose and mouth.
