-UPDATE- Was contacted by Vince who put me in touch with Justin. Justin and I took my vehicle for a ride together and confirmed the issue. Was told the issue I was having was nonexistent spoke to the service manager who said he would get me scheduled in to take care of my issue and has not returned three messages I’ve left now over the last month. Continuously dismissed and not listened to despite having a service bulletin related to the direct issue I am having. More

Over 3 hours for an oil change & tire rotation when initial guidance was an hour and a half. After paying the bill, I walked out and noticed my oil filler cap sitting on top of my hood. I went back in initial guidance was an hour and a half. After paying the bill, I walked out and noticed my oil filler cap sitting on top of my hood. I went back in and asked a gentleman in the service department if they left it off during the oil change. He responded with "I don't know. I'm a porter" and walked away. I spoke to another service department employee (Ryan?) and he went out, popped the hood and replaced the oil filler cap. As I pulled away, I called my service advisor - Mike Murray - and left him a voicemail telling him what happened. As of today, still no call back or response. When I arrived home, I noticed oil dripping on the floor of my garage. I called Walker Ford back and spoke to Amy - telling her that the oil filler cap was left off and I have oil leaking on the floor. I asked her to have Mike or the service department manager call me back since I was now very concerned that the filter wasn't secured or the oil pan plug was leaking. It has now been more than 24 hours since my request and to date I have received no calls, e-mails, texts, or any communication from someone Walker Ford. To say that I am extremely unhappy about my 2nd experience with Walker Ford would be an understatement. I recognize that the service bays are experiencing serious staffing shortages (everyone working there talks about it). But if that is the case, simply reduce the number of appointments you take and at least offer the few customers you have a more reasonable level of service. More
