This is the best ford dealership in the area, but service can be a frustrating issue when something needs to be fixed. The work was done and the car is back up and running. The only issue that could be impro can be a frustrating issue when something needs to be fixed. The work was done and the car is back up and running. The only issue that could be improved at Walker is the communication when there are delays or issues with a repair… I had to call several times to check the status of a part that has to be ordered. Dropped off my truck in the afternoon and it was diagnosed and fixed the next afternoon!!! I really liked the courtesy ride and driver, Vic, so I didn't have to bother anyone for a ride dropping of diagnosed and fixed the next afternoon!!!
