First of all there was nobody outside where you check-in you just pull up and sit in your car until someone decides to come over to you. Second I was not directed on where to go or what to do just that I wo you just pull up and sit in your car until someone decides to come over to you. Second I was not directed on where to go or what to do just that I would be called after an hour and a half when the car was done. 3rd somebody decided to clean and vacuum the waiting room at that time needless to say it was not a pleasant wait. Fourth I was told my oil change was $40 I checked out it was $57.88 and I was being charged for disposal of my old oil!!! And V the last thing there was Grease on my door and around my door handle I also had to reset my interior Dash. Next time I will just go to Pep Boys! More
