Rodney Patterson is our sales associate. He did a phenomenal job of providing top tier sales service. We scheduled an appointment with him to look at a specific vehicle. When we arrived, he He did a phenomenal job of providing top tier sales service. We scheduled an appointment with him to look at a specific vehicle. When we arrived, he already had the CarFax pulled for the vehicle, and he had the vehicle parked right next to the building entrance so we didn’t have to go hunting for it in the lot. He didn’t pressure us to look at other vehicles. He allowed us the time to thoroughly go over the vehicle and to test drive it. My husband and I made the decision to purchase the vehicle. Rodney quickly got things rolling with the accessories department and the finance department. While we were in the finance department, the vehicle was prepared for us to drive off the lot. By the time we were finished with finance department, the vehicle was ready to drive off the lot with no additional waiting. My husband and I are very impressed with Walker Ford, and we will continue to use them for our future vehicle buying needs. More
