From when I first emailed them to talking on the telephone I was treated with respect and courtesy. When I got there their level of customer service was top notch . I got the pleasure of working with Andrew Wagner and Raul Ayala. They both went out of their way to make me and my wife feel at home and both worked very hard to make sure every aspect of our experience a positive one. The numbers we went over on the telephone were the numbers that were presented to me when sitting in the office . I appreciate that because I drove 1 hr to get there and I wasn’t interested in playing any games! It was worth it . The finance and signing was also easy and friendly. I would highly recommend working with them to anyone thinking of getting into a new Mercedes And wants an easy experience... Thanks again More

Professional Dealership Over the years I have bought my MBZ cars from Walter's due to its professional, no stress environment. The first encounter was my wife with Bob Rosas. Over the years I have bought my MBZ cars from Walter's due to its professional, no stress environment. The first encounter was my wife with Bob Rosas. He was very patient and explained to my wife all the features of the car. She has asked him several questions over the phone and Mr. Rosas never felt encumbered by her questions. It was because of this initial encounter that I have continued to support this dealership. Most recently I bought an AMG C43 during remodeling of the building. There was a computer glitch during the transaction but Gary Kunzman and Emil LLitchi were very helpful. More
