Once my daughters woke up salesman set us up in the playroom, got us drinks and made us comfortable. Went straight to work and was able to give me the deal that I ask for. I appreciated that as we are the type of people that if a salesperson tries to strong arm us into anything, we will back off and they will never hear from us again. So, in August 2018 when we had made the decision we were ready to purchase, I emailed Bob vehicles that we were interested in and times that we were available. Immediately we were able to set up a time to see him. Only one of the three vehicles was available. So, we did a test drive and as they say the rest was history. We drove our 2015 Equinox off the lot that same night. It was extremely exciting! More
