I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Honda dealership while trying to purchase an Acura. We scheduled an appointment ahead of time and drove seven hours to see the vehicle. When we arrived, we dealership while trying to purchase an Acura. We scheduled an appointment ahead of time and drove seven hours to see the vehicle. When we arrived, we waited 50 minutes just to test drive a car we had specifically made an appointment for, only to be told that the vehicle had been taken off the lot by someone who was not supposed to have it. After finally getting the opportunity to drive the vehicle, we discovered that it had a strong cigarette smoke smell. Given that the dealership knew we were traveling such a long distance, this was something that absolutely should have been disclosed beforehand. We also had to call out of work to make this trip, and when we asked if they could work with us on the price given the inconvenience and condition of the vehicle, they refused to budge. Overall, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. The lack of communication, poor preparation, and disregard for our time made this entire process incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend making a long trip to this dealership without having every detail confirmed in writing beforehand. More

He took our limited budget and list of needs and found us the perfect vehicle during a very stressful time. I mean he SCOURED the listings to find us just the right fit! The financing process was easy and even though there were busy and backed up on the day we came in to close on the loan and pick up our vehicle they still were able to get us out of there within a couple of hours.
