Roy, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent experience. I'm sorry to hear that the vehicle you were interested in was no longer available and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, in fairness to all customers, we cannot hold a vehicle unless there is a deposit placed on the vehicle to reserve the vehicle. This policy was discussed during the online negotiations and the opportunity to leave a deposit on the vehicle was declined. We thank you for the opportunity to earn your business and your feedback will be escalated to upper management for review.

Sorry, but this is not true at all. There was no mention of a deposit being needed to hold the car or I would have put one down. The salesperson was advised that we would be putting $10K down and we wouldn't have had any issue doing so. Besides, out of curiosity, we checked with your internet sales staff on Saturday AND Sunday referencing the stock # and VIN. Both times, they checked and advised us that the vehicle WAS STILL AVAILABLE. And guess what? Here we are Monday and the same vehicle is STILL listed as available on your website for $500 more than it was previously listed. Same stock # and VIN.

There's no need to take this any further. We've already gone to AutoNation Honda and made our purchase. And we will be making another one there shortly. Just know that your people aren't being honest with you. I was at work and couldn't talk on the phone. My only correspondence on that day was with Tyrese via email. I still have the printout with all the numbers that he provided. I never spoke to or corresponded with anyone else.

Thank you for your feedback. Again, I sincerely apologize that you had a negative experience. I do wish you would provide me with your name so that we can investigate this internally. There is really no reason we wouldn't want to sell a vehicle if it was available to sell. The vehicle I was speaking about earlier was involved in a dealer trade with another dealership, and the deal on their end fell through, which is why that vehicle became available again. I understand you don't want to take this any further, however, our General Manager would really like the opportunity to speak with you. If you have any opportunity, please give him a call direct at 901-255-3733.
