COVID Measures Lacking The service I received was great - the team (especially Dexter) was friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Unfortunately, I can't bring myself to leave 5 stars because I found the lack of COVID measures here troubling. Most employees at the service center and dealership were not wearing face masks. In fact the amount of customers wearing face masks far outnumbered the amount of employees wearing them. Additionally, there was no hand sanitizer available to the public at the entrances to your building, as is mandated in Shelby County's COVID guidelines for businesses. Again, the team here is superb, I just felt that Wolfchase Honda is not 100% bought in to COVID precautions, and I felt that my personal safety could be potentially at risk. More

We were treated with respect, shown a car and offered others to view, but settled on the first CR-V we viewed and drove. We are very happy with the salesman, Greg King and also Fred Mack. Express Buying issues My vehicle was totaled last fall. It forced an early decision and I've had buyer's remorse. I've browsed for two months trying to match the one I want My vehicle was totaled last fall. It forced an early decision and I've had buyer's remorse. I've browsed for two months trying to match the one I want, the right price, and the right trade in. I got really excited when I found the web site's "Fast & Easy Express Buying." I found a car I liked with an agreeable "our low no-haggle price" marked. The web site also lists "get instant trade-in value" as part of the deal, and I got an agreeable price there too. A "Fast & Easy Express" video on the site said you can walk out in minutes. After a long drive, the manager low balled my trade in by almost $2,000. He blamed the website choice used and said he personally doesn't think it was worth the Internet price (but we have guides so we don't rely on opinions, right?). He mentioned KBB, but the Internet price was a few hundred below KBB's top end and there was no mention of anything wrong with the vehicle to put it on the low end. We eventually got semi-close to the advertised deal, but it's hard not to take the bait and switch personally. The minutes advertised in Wolfchase Honda's video took four hours, despite being pre-approved as well. Everyone was super friendly, including the fella I had an issue with. Michael and Trevor were outstanding to deal with. I was looking to establish a relationship with a good dealer for my wife and kids' upcoming vehicles though. When I got home, my dad and a friend asked about my new car and my experience because they're considering new vehicles. Know who I didn't recommend? The few hundred made on me with this one lost thousands for the dealership in the long run. It felt like the Internet advertisement was just the latest gimmick to get me in the door for a typical experience where the dealer has the upper hand More

Dexter handled the service of our Honda Odyssey this week remarkably.We also replaced two tires and had our brakes replaced.We have always had the best experience at Wolfchase Honda..
