Most considerate and respectful team ever, they truly go above and beyond with their customers. I initially rejected their offer and even after my other offer (from a different dealer) fell short they STILL above and beyond with their customers. Management displays unwillingness to logistically help the customer, home delivery is a false promise, and the general lack of trust is immense. Guaranteed bank checks are not accepted here without a litany of hoops, both because they don’t trust you and because they’d rather you finance in house to bump their profit. They lost my title paperwork and had nightmares with them trying to find it, when I tried to communicate with the dealer that they fudged my paperwork they hung up on me and would not correct their mistake. Didn’t get a title (on a car that wasn’t financed with them) for 6 months. Frank is the efficient, knowledgeable and friendly go-to guy. That’s all they have to offer. Karl in management is the root cause of this poor experience. More
