Great Dealership! I go there for service all the time and had built a relationship with my service advisor. When it came time for me to look at trucks, I called him and he suggested the best sales guy ever! With trucks in short supply, I went in with the hopes of test driving a 2500 and looking at 3500. My sales guy was very helpful and knowledgeable about both trucks. When it came time to buy, my sales guy had my best interest in mind. He helped me navigate the buying process to make sure I got what I needed and wanted. My sales guy was real, down to earth and became a trusted partner in this process. I can say that I am truly happy with my truck buying experience. Thank you Dwayne and Pete for everything. I can't thank you enough and I'm so pleased with my upgrade. Dealerships need more guys like you. Keep it real, and helpful.

This was a terrible experience from a dealership. I... - nickbrit1815
This was a terrible experience from a dealership. I originally brought in a 2010 Suburban after my HVAC Control Module went out. I called ahead of time and the parts person told me that Chevy stopped producing that part and that I had to go to an aftermarket part. So I ordered the one they told me to get. I made an appt and dropped it off. The original cost was $145.00.
Later that day I get a call that the module did not work. I went out and got another one and dropped it off. They said they would have to run more diagnostic tests and would get back to me in the morning. The next morning comes and they don't call. After calling them, I learn that they cant get the second module to work either. However, they have taken one out of another car and jimmy rigged it to work for now. By Jimmy rigging it, the front works but the back only works from the back module. They told me that when I get another module, they would reprogram that one for free. My bill for this one, $580.00.
I talk to the advisor about another suburban I am having an issue with. a 2001 suburban. The advisor, AJ, says that they have all the best equipment and should be able to fix it. THREE WEEKS THEY WORKED ON THAT CAR. They ordered parts just to try and they could not figure it out. After the third week, the sales manager said that they could not figure it out and I have to come pick it up.
This is AFTER the sales manager, Sandy, tried to tell me that they have a GM Master Mechanic and not every dealership has one but they are so lucky that they have one. Keep in mind, three weeks.
I take it to some random, run of the mill, no equipment having person from google. WITHIN 6 HOURS, EVERYTHING is working the way it is supposed to. Everything. The front ac, the rear ac and everything in between. He told me that I should get a refund from the dealer.
I call them up the next day and speak to the service manager, Sandy. She said she has to talk it over with the Gm. 3 Days go by, no answer back. I call them on the 4th day and she proceeds to tell me that her and the GM, Willy, have decided that they do not need to refund me. They believe that the charges are valid and they wont do anything with them.
I don't mind paying someone to do a job when they COMPLETE a job. If it wasn't for this person, I would still not have a working AC and living in Arizona with 100+ degree summers, that would not be working.
Plain and simple, after this service and conclusion, I will never bring my car here ever again. I would rather travel to San Diego to where I know intelligent mechanics reside

Came in for an issue on my Cadillac ATS-V that no one prior could seem to pinpoint. The service director handed me off to Britt Rivington. Britt was great with communication and would follow up with me every few days to let me know what they have found and to relay info between myself and the tech. He would also keep me looped in on the status of incoming parts, and give me pretty realistic ETAs. Overall, the whole repair took a bit longer than anticipated, but working with Britt made it quite easy and assuring with his frequent contact. My car is back now and running like new, couldn't be more satisfied!
