Most efficient and easiest car purchase we've experienced - chris_p
We worked with Jason on the purchase of our new Mini Cooper. It was the fastest and easiest car deal I’ve ever experienced. We negotiated a price over text over a few days time. Got right to the point on the price. Once we agreed upon a price, we completed the credit app online and spent a total of 20 minutes in the dealership to complete the purchase. The drive to Concord took 6x longer than the actual time we spent at the dealership. Real happy with the price we paid and the ease of the purchase.

Mini Cooper Countryman - Zoys
I had such a great experience while looking for which car to pick. Apollo was so informative and sooo friendly I felt like I was talking to one of my friends. Everybody at Monrovia Mini Cooper dealership were really pleasant and friendly! I would definitely recommend my friends to come check them out.
Excellent - Mikersh
I had an excellent experience with our sales representative, Thomas Rosario. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and very helpful when we picked our 2019 Mini Countryman up yesterday at the mini dealership in Camarillo.
Not mad at Mini - MAD AT MINI OF MARIN
General manager Joe is a straight shooter, very professional, and nice guy. Had some minor issues with the service dept and Joe took charge right away.
Very transparent and easy going MINI Motoring Advisor - John1987
The GSM Jeremy Grossman was great! He gave me a great deal on a new MINI Countryman Cooper S. I went to many dealers in the LA area but MINI of Universal City was the only one that really gave me a fair price and was transparent with pricing.
Again an Excellent Experience - PG and Naz
This is our 2nd Mini purchased Niello. Our original salesperson for our 2014 Mini was Kevin Powell but this time Kevin started the process but Jason Anders finished the sale. We had a couple of questions after the sale and Jason was very helpful and helped us out over the phone as we are in Chico. Will definitely be back for our next one. They also had dog bones to treat our little dog Naz.
Exemplary - Delighted Customer
Terrific dealership. Knowledgeable, friendly, fast. Uber customer service orientation. I highly recommend. Sales rep Jesus was terrific as was GM Mo. Drove away with fabulous new Mini S Countryman.
Great experience - pvmsd
First time here and VERY IMPRESSED. People were polite and helpful. Only suggestions - waiting area needs more seating and they could use a better coffee machine.
Don't buy out-of-state from this dealership - Sarah
My new-to-me certified pre-owned MINI just arrived--shipped to Seattle from San Fran--and when I opened the door to take it for a spin I was overwhelmed by the smell of wet dog. Shame on me for not getting a third-party inspection when buying a car out of state, but I never imagined a MINI dealer would sell a car that literally stunk. It also has a noticeable sticky substance on in the back seat. I contacted them to see if they would help me with it and was told I had to pay to have the car detailed.
Best Mini Service Team in Orange County - Mini2015Roadster
I am a fanatic Mini owner. I own number of Mini's from various dealerships almost 17 years ago.
I moved to Irvine several years ago. I can not thank enough for all the service Aldo and Irvine Mini Service Team provided for me and my wife. They are courteous and freindly. They communicate promptly and accurately. They always promise out and deliver early. Sometimes repair and maintenance can be pricy with Mini, but they always made up with extra service and companion.
I am definitely buying my next Mini or BMW from these guys.
I felt dismissed and cheated - Yeti guy
I have been a loyal Mini owner since 2011. Since that time, my wife and I have leased or owned five different Minis. I loved Long Beach Mini service on Cherry Ave. It was just the right size and the people were very friendly and personable. I did not have that experience at Long Beach BMW/Mini on Spring St.
This was my first truly bad experience with Mini. My 2017 Countryman battery wouldn't start after I went to get lunch the other day. I was gone fifteen minutes and when I returned it was run down. I called Mini roadside assistance and they were great. Came out and jumped it right away. While waiting I called Long Beach BMW/Mini service and set up an immediate service to check it out.
When I got there, I drove into an indoor/outdoor space with kiosks. I waited fifteen minutes before anyone spoke to me. Then a man came and started doing the paperwork. Fifteen minutes later another man came and told him he was doing wrong and we started all over again. He then told me they didn't have a loaner car even though Roadside Assistance told me they would get me one. So he said he'd rush it right in. About 40 minutes later he came to me and said the battery was not run down, it was dead and it was my fault because they think (think) I left the radio on or the turn signal on. I said first, that I don't think I did that but second "how does leaving a radio on for fifteen minutes not just run down the battery but kill it where it can't be charged?" He said "it could happen". I reminded him this car is barely two years old. His response was "it happens" So I had no choice even though in almost 50 years of driving I have never heard of such a thing. I very reluctantly said . "Okay" and he said he'd get right on it. Two and a half hours later, not including the hour plus I had waited already my new battery cost me $472.00. $175 for the battery and almost $300 for the labor.
To keep it simple I Feel I got played by some very uncaring, unhelpful and untrustworthy people and I am, for the first time in almost ten years considering buying a different car when my lease is up. I'm extremely unhappy. I hope they enjoy the almost $500 they got out of me because they lost Mini Cooper $40,000 when I get a car from someone else.
No dealers, no support... - Teachape
Terrible place to purchase a car. And I would not recommend a Mini Cooper to anyone. We purchased a 2014 Mini Cooper Country man brand new from Dublin. We ordered the car with every specific item we wanted. The single only item my wife wanted was a in-dash GPS system. We waited for the car to arrive for months. When it came in there was NO GPS in the dash. The salesman talked us into an after market one called a mini made by Garmin. It is next to impossible to use as it is hidden behind the steering wheel. It broke off the steering wheel and we cannot find a new bracket to reinstall it. So, it hangs from the steering column. Note for new customers, though BMW is the car manufacture, they will not work on a Mini Cooper. When I called the parts department to try to get a new bracket they tell me sorry we do not carry parts for after market add ons. Well great you put the GPS after market part on and now it just hangs. The service department employee did not even try. I asked him if I could at least email him a picture he said no. Do not purchase a Mini Cooper if you want service there are few dealers and you will have problems getting your car worked on. The company can give a darn if your happy or safe after you drive off the lot.
Trade in - Mini Banks
Never do business here for your trade in. It’s the biggest clown show I’ve seen in the industry. How do you possibly screw up payment to your customer at the completely wrong address? I know customer surveys impact your business. Have fun rectifying this one.
Really great experience with Christopher J Han - hsiaoma
This is my first time buying a car and Chris makes it so easy for me. He responds to every little question and request. And it always feels comfortable talking to him, about our needs for the car, about our questions, and even about the price. I would definitely come back here if we ever plan to buy a another bmw.
Price of parts inflated, People nice . - jetmech
Colin, The service manager told me new alternators were not available (he is mistaken...) MINI of Ontario charged $687.00 for an overhauled part. When I asked about the $180.00 core charge added to the price of a new alternator I was not told that it was a re-manufactured part. Pure greed.
Love my Mini! - Valerie S
This is my second Mini Cooper and I am loving it. There is something very special about these cars. I leased my car with the help of Miklos Forgo and lease manager Chris Conway. These two are a powerhouse of knowledge and helpfulness. I was dreading the whole lease experience but they made it fun and easy. I'm now driving a fab 4 door Mini S and feel like the queen of the road. Thank you Bob Smith Mini!!!
Bait and switch to hide high prices for repairs: Unpleasant - Kenney
I'm a bit bummed out about how the process went.
I think they bait and switch prices and use the same kinds of techniques sales people use to bamboozle me into feeling okay about paying too much for repairs.
Dropped off the car with an initial estimate of around $4K. Service people were communicative but after three days of back and forth to get a firm estimate they came back with a quote of $4,500 to replace a clutch and flywheel in a 2006 mini and another $4,000 to replace a strut and CV joint.
I looked online and found other stations with better reviews quoting half that.
Getting the quote was a bit unpleasant because it took 4 days of phoning back and forth with the service guy, although polite, telling me he would have to go back to his manager to get permission. It kind of felt like the run around one gets when buying a car. The same kind of psychological hazing where they tell you a higher price and then come back to you with a slightly lower one and expect you to be happy. However, the final quote was still thousands more than other repair places quoted so I took my car back.
When paying the fees for the small amount of work they did, the cashier sounded polite, said the right things, but tone and body language were angry and negative.
I noticed that on some reviews on other platforms have follow up comments from the dealerships management, but what they do is offer to speak with you on the phone but they don't address poor behavior or complaints directly in the on-line forum. It's a marketing technique that makes it seem like they care but I suspect they don't.
Company is ok - Camilashere
This place didn't give me the best experience and I wouldn't recommend them. Completely up to you, but I recommend taking your mini to another mechanic for services.
Fraudsters - Jason W
I have purchased 3 minis from this dealership and have fairly decent experiences so far. There are other dealerships in the area, but they were previously thought to be worse than this. I am now going to other dealerships in the area.
I worked with the manager, Megan, on this last purchase.
When they sold me the car, they sold me a warranty that they promised covered the engine and transmission in the vehicle. When they sold me a car that broke down 55 days off the lot (6 month old car,) they wouldn't stand behind their word. Supposedly a certified vehicle as well, Crevier wouldn't honor the warranty I bought, nor the certification with the vehicle.
Its important to note, that I have not bought a warranty with any of the other vehicles.
DO NOT go to this dealership. The area of town its in is also scary and ghetto. Makes me afraid to get out of my car. My last experience has been the worst experience with any dealer, EVER. It will be my last with this dealer. Another local dealer is working with me and the warranty company to get it covered and they didn't even sell me the warranty!
