Took my car in to be looked at for window issue. Service writer Johnathan was excellent. They had a special promo going and I was not even charged to diagnose the issue. Very friendly staff. Mini also gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready so I did not have to wait at the dealership. Did not have work performed as I am handy and could fix issue once I knew what the issue was. Highly recommended.

This is our 2nd Mini purchased Niello. Our original salesperson for our 2014 Mini was Kevin Powell but this time Kevin started the process but Jason Anders finished the sale. We had a couple of questions after the sale and Jason was very helpful and helped us out over the phone as we are in Chico. Will definitely be back for our next one. I hate buying cars so I put it off as long as possible. Finally after dealing with shady dealerships who would negotiate a price then try to slip an extra $1800 into the actual contract, I changed tactics. Instead of looking for the lowest price I went through YELP and found the highest rated MINI dealership (I read all the ratings including the not recommended ones).
Then when I saw the car I was looking for online and went on in. Mike M. was very easy to deal with and next thing you know I actually pulled the trigger and bought the car. He delivered the car to me the next day and went over again how the car and electronics work.

All around great experience from the manager to the sales team. Both Jordan and JP worked well as a team to help facilitate our purchases. Jordon helped with the purchase of our 16 year old daughters first car and once I got a taste of how a Mini drives, Jordan guided me to the Countryman which drove like a gem. JP helped finalize the purchase of the Countryman since Jordon was on vacation. Fantastic team work guys.

Drop by to check tire pressure, met with a representative and she refer me to Marie a service counselor she was pleasant, professional and did what was needed. The waiting room is pleasant and the staff are friendly. I’d recommend it to everyone to have their car serviced.

After not receiving dmv reg went to DMV found out it was still registration was still in the owner who traded it in.. dealership finally got the Correct registration to me after 4 1/2 months. Would call them weekly during this problem, they would always say we have you contact info but no response. If you have concerns contact = firstname.lastname@example.org.

WORSE DEALERSHIP IN CALIFORNIA - GDT2018
I have dealt with many BMW dealerships, As I have owned (3) 7 series. This dealership is THE WORSE DEALERSHIP IN CALIFORNIA. If they have anything in the past in their system they will run your credit without telling you, luckily I had credit alerts. Me and the finance manager signed all the documents on a Monday night be Tuesday mid day they sold the car without my other party even getting a change to get there to sign their part. The dealership closes at 9pm. My other party made it from corona to LA at 6:30 too late they sold the car at 4:30. I WOULD TELL ANYONE DO NOT SHOP HERE. BAD BUSINESS.

Traveled about 300 miles to get service on noisy cam chain and intermittent bulb warnings. The service manager didn't bother to tell me until I was there that there was nothing they could do about a extremely noisy engine ( it was still under warrantee). The bulb fix lasted less than 50 miles, went back the next days and was told I would have to wait 3 hours for service even though I had more than 300 miles to travel. I told them just replace both suspect bulbs and I would take it from there but they said that Mini wouldn't allow them to replace a bulb even under warrantee. So instead they want to spend 3 man-hours to determine which of the two bulbs was bad. I guess they get paid for the time they spend and the customer inconvenience doesn't matter.

This place didn't give me the best experience and I wouldn't recommend them. Completely up to you, but I recommend taking your mini to another mechanic for services.

I have purchased 3 minis from this dealership and have fairly decent experiences so far. There are other dealerships in the area, but they were previously thought to be worse than this. I am now going to other dealerships in the area.
I worked with the manager, Megan, on this last purchase.
When they sold me the car, they sold me a warranty that they promised covered the engine and transmission in the vehicle. When they sold me a car that broke down 55 days off the lot (6 month old car,) they wouldn't stand behind their word. Supposedly a certified vehicle as well, Crevier wouldn't honor the warranty I bought, nor the certification with the vehicle.
Its important to note, that I have not bought a warranty with any of the other vehicles.
DO NOT go to this dealership. The area of town its in is also scary and ghetto. Makes me afraid to get out of my car. My last experience has been the worst experience with any dealer, EVER. It will be my last with this dealer. Another local dealer is working with me and the warranty company to get it covered and they didn't even sell me the warranty!

My overall experience was great. I was looking for a hard to find used vehicle which they had on their lot. I spoke on the phone and email from Southern California to find out more about the vehicle, then once satisfied, I flew up to purchase and drive away. They made the experience streamlined and earned my confidence.

I brought my Mini if for the first time to this dealership (because it was closer to my house) for a recall replacement of the passenger seat belt sensor. The SERVICE ENGINE SOON was on, so I decided to have them investigate that too. Picking it up the next day, the service agent said they found nothing wrong, even after test driving it 10 miles, and the service light is now off. They could have legitimately charged me the $130 I signed to, but instead, charged me zero. Yes, I am pleased!
