She did her absolute best and I will always return to her for any and all concerns for my vehicle. She was able to easily arrange a loaner car for me especially when other dealerships couldn't even get me an estimate on when a loaner would be available. She definitely made going to a dealer an easy choice and returning to one an even easier choice!

Oakland Acura made the process as painless as possible and was able to squeeze me in same day and was able to have it done hours ahead of time. As I was waiting in service the staff would walk by say hi and just do a friendly check in. Have to say they do make you feel like family here!
