service appointment was easily made online. once I arrived to the dealership I was greeted politely and my car was taken in immediately. They are very covid conscious as they immediately p[aced a plastic wrap around my steering wheel. The employee was wearing a mask and there is an abundance of hand sanitizer stations throughout the dealership. The service advisor Harry Singh gave me a written quote and gave me an estimated time my car would be ready.throughout the day he followed up with me on the status of my car and phoned me when it was ready for pickup. when I arrived to pick up my car, the cashier was friendly and helpful and my total charges were under the original estimate. They even washed my car.This was a great experience. Carlsen Subaru is a very honest professional dealership. I own 2 subarus(both purchased at Carlsen Subaru) I will definately purchase my next car from Carlsen Subaru. Also this is the only dealership that I will take my cars to for service

We purchased a vehicle ONE month ago from Riverton Chevrolet in Sandy, Utah and drove it to California. The car broke down the day we got there. I took it to Coachella Valley GMC in Indio California and was told it needed $3000 in repairs. I contacted Riverton Chevrolet in Utah because I felt they were an honest company that would sell me a reliable car that would last far more than a month and would back up their sale. I spoke with 2 different people in Utah- Logan Page and Steve Carter. Both of them told me there was nothing they were willing to do to help with the cost. When we asked for the corporate number to discuss the matter we were told they don't have a number for that! The dealership in California- Coachella Valley GMC was the complete opposite. There, I spoke with Raymond Gamboa- service advisor. He went above and beyond to help us out. He contacted the GM corporation and was able to lower the price of service (and gave us the number if we needed to contact them in the future), he found other repairs that the Utah dealer should have caught before selling us the car. He simply showed that he was sorry for the situation we were in and made us feel like he truly cared about us. We also met Ed Chavez- owner of Coachella Valley GMC. We had paid for the repairs and were headed back to Utah and he still wanted Raymond to look further into our car to see if anything more could be done to help with our cost. Our next car- I would drive the 800 miles from Utah to buy from this great dealer.

Corning Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to. There was quite a few people there when I arrived but I was out of there in less then an hour and I didn't have an appointment. I know now the reason why is was crowed, because of their prices and how friendly they are. They were able to program my fob $45.00 cheaper then other places. Not only was the price cheaper then anyone else, they also reprogrammed the old fob that I thought was broke for free. They updated my system all for $140.00. Plus they allowed my dog to come in and everyone was so nice to both me and my dog. I will never take my car to anyone else. And when I decide to trade my car in for newer one, Corning Ford is the place I will go. I drove 2 hours to go to Corning Ford.

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. My Aston Martin battery died on a Friday night and the service advisor Ian Labrecque was on the phone trying to find a tow company who could take the car to the dealer for repair. he was with us on the phone until 10pm . I have not experienced such great service from any other dealer. He even explained to the tow truck driver how to charge the battery and its location. Simply amazing service. I consider myself very lucky to have this dealership in our valley.
