I bought a Kia from this dealer in 2017. Took it there for brakes. They tried to tell me I needed a $600 brake job, got it for $200. Next time they tried to sell me an Air Filter for $90. Got it at AutoZone for $15. Mind you when I bought the car, I bought an extended warranty. They are now saying that only covers the powertrain. Then they tried to tell me I didn't buy the car there. I told them the salesman was less than 50 feet away. I had to ask him to be brought over three times to clarify the warranty. Now I have a broken tailgate latch. They tried to sell it for $100. Bought an OEM part for $44. A salesman told me they treat all minority customers this way. Caveat Emptor.
