Had a great experience with a sales Associate named, Jamie Davis. He was very kind, and knowledgeable showing me different type vehicles I was interested in knowing more about, even though he knew I was not buying at the moment,, but just looking at different types of vehicles I may be interested in in the next few months. He was very helpful and patient with me. I did not feel pressured which I do with a lot of other dealerships. I did not feel pressured when looking around your inventory of vehicles with Jamie. I will be coming back in the near future for sure. If I decide to buy a car, it will be with Jamie Davis definitely!! Wonderful people! I purchased a Jeep wrangler here 2 days ago, I was greeted with a smile and they treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. My sales person was Rosa and I must say she was the best I have ever had. She had took amazing care of us and always had a smile. She was willing to work with me on my every wish. The vehicle was super clean and was already at the perfect price! thank you Willis Ford and Rosa for making my experience perfect!

After a meeting with Director of Fixed Operations Skip McCracken, and the Service department employee, we discussed the extremely high service repair amount, I was quoted the day. Resulting in having to take my vehicle to another Auto Shop and feeling I will never come back here again! . Mr. McCracken acknowledged that his service department employee had made a mistake and the repair amount quoted was too high. Both Mr. McCraken and the service department employee were very apologetic and concerned that Ford would loose my business. I have been having my Ford vehicles serviced at various Ford service centers for 25 years. Not only was this a learning experience for the service department employee but I believe that sometimes a negative review can be a leaning tool to success. Because of the way Mr. McCracken handled this situation, I have high admiration and respect for him. I will return to Boulevard Ford Lincoln in Georgetown for future service .

One of my worst new car experiences due to a truly untrustworthy dealership. After collecting my personal information, and my credit application, was advised 2 days later that the unit was transferred and sold by another dealership in the group. As a previous customer, I did not expect this kind of gross miscommunication and misrepresentation. Cannot recommend and will not return.
