I purchased a Jeep wrangler here 2 days ago, I was greeted with a smile and they treated me with respect from the moment I walked in. My sales person was Rosa and I must say she was the best I have ever had. She had took amazing care of us and always had a smile. She was willing to work with me on my every wish. We were in the market for a used vehicle and visited a few dealerships. We visited Porter Ford to look at a 2018 Ford Edge. Michael Williams was our Sales Consultant. Michael was very friendly and professional and answered any questions we had about the Ford Edge. Sales Manager Gary Spencer handled our transaction closing and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Michael and Gary were both very responsive and easy to reach. We narrowed our choices down to a few vehicles, including a Ford Fusion and a Ford Edge, at another dealership much closer to our home. Our relaxed experience when visiting Porter Ford and their no nonsense approach greatly impacted our decision to purchase from Porter Ford and we highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle check out Porter Ford.

3rd and last vehicle purchased. No knowledge of product sold. GM was rude and lied/sleazy. Found out after purchasing that he was the responsible person for the product (Roush) information. They should be removed from being a Roush dealer. Will Not recommend them to anyone

One of my worst new car experiences due to a truly untrustworthy dealership. After collecting my personal information, and my credit application, was advised 2 days later that the unit was transferred and sold by another dealership in the group. As a previous customer, I did not expect this kind of gross miscommunication and misrepresentation. Cannot recommend and will not return.
