I came in to get my 2016 ford fusion serviced and I was beyond impressed by the quality of the customer service I received. The tech was fast and efficient with my service. After the service I was told everything they did and had a list of a couple things that needed attention. They explained thoroughly exactly what was needed and what can wait. They did not force any service on me. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will always be returning for future services!

MY 2012 F150 with 250,000 + miles, started having a starter issue.
IT kept running. Not wanting to possibly ruin the flywheel, I decided to get a new starter. I priced the online stores, and actually called a tire service shop.
I got an estimate from Bayshore Ford, in Delaware, at a factory shop, for less than
the other guys. I now know I have a Ford part, installed properly.
Confidence and safety, priceless.

Buyer beware - dissatisfied customer
We have previously had gòod service from Frederick Ford, however when we went to them with an issue, we had a very unpleasant experience with Steve, the service manager and Mark the general manager. We bought our car as a certified used car. We have had the car , not the two years Mark stated we had it, but for 1 year, nine months. We developed a flat tire going over the Bay Bridge, AAA came and changed to our donut, but said we could not travel with it. We then went to AAA Care care Center, they took the tire off and found an Alan wrench and a pressure sensor inside. They said they had never seen this before, asked if we ever had our tire off the rim. We had not, we bought it at Frederick Ford, and had only had it serviced at Frederick Ford. They advised us to go back to Frederick Ford. We were met with only resistance from Steve and Mark. We were advised by Steve that our complaint should be with AAA, definitely do not understand that. I was told by Mark, the general manager, that they are in business to make a profit, and if they gave us any consideration, they would not make their profit. I would definitely not buy a car there again, their bottom line is not considering their loyal customers, but making their profit.

After a meeting with Director of Fixed Operations Skip McCracken, and the Service department employee, we discussed the extremely high service repair amount, I was quoted the day. Resulting in having to take my vehicle to another Auto Shop and feeling I will never come back here again! . Mr. McCracken acknowledged that his service department employee had made a mistake and the repair amount quoted was too high. Both Mr. McCraken and the service department employee were very apologetic and concerned that Ford would loose my business. I have been having my Ford vehicles serviced at various Ford service centers for 25 years. Not only was this a learning experience for the service department employee but I believe that sometimes a negative review can be a leaning tool to success. Because of the way Mr. McCracken handled this situation, I have high admiration and respect for him. I will return to Boulevard Ford Lincoln in Georgetown for future service .
