Everyone was pleasant to deal with until the end. Living 2 hours away, they were patient with our phone and text communication to get a deal done. I was able to do a quick visit to eyeball the car for my daughter. A deal was reached, and due to her financing, it was delayed by two days. After two days, the check was in hand, and the pic was sent to the Sales Manager on Wednesday morning, as we planned to be there on Thursday at opening. Only to find out the car was sold the night before. I was told they sell cars, not save them. I get it, but when a customer has a bank check for the car, and you have had it on the lot for 90 days, it's just bad customer service. You have the right to sell as you did, but it certainly doesn't show any sense of being customer-centric. I was told it was my fault for not allowing them to try to discuss financing with my daughter. After how things went, it looks like I made the correct decision for her first car-buying experience.

Two employees whom I deal with most, Joseph in Service and Jeffrey in Sales, couldn't be more professional, understanding, honest, and kind. That may be rare in the auto business these days, but both men are absolute professionals. And Haley, somewhat new to the service, couldn't have been kinder or more receptive to my numerous requests. I've bought enough cars over the years to know these employees at Dyer Mazda all deserve 5 stars.

I took my truck in to get a drivers side airbag recall. The service manger was very unfriendly. When I got in my truck I noticed the shift indicator would not land on the letter or won't go into low gear. I went in and informed the manger. He said "It was that way when you came in". "No it wasn't". "Yes it was". "You just want to sweep this under the rug". And he said "EXACTLY". Never Ever get service at this place.
