Very professional and knowledgeable staff - JerryB
We arrived early in the morning and Alex was there to meet us and show us the best cars on their lot. He explained all features and helped us narrow down the car that we were looking for. Unlike other sales people, Alex was not pushy and had our best interest in mind so we felt comfortable and we will definitely recommend him to everyone looking to get a new Mazda!
My family went to the Mazda of Fort Walton Beach after... - Bighoss
My family went to the Mazda of Fort Walton Beach after being treated badly at the Mazda dealership in Pensacola to find the most friendly salesperson and manager . Great place to do business with plenty of selection! Thanks for the great experience!
Their online prices are all scam stay away!! - Sam10824
Stay away!! Terrible customer service and all their prices online are just to get you in the door, once you get in they will hit you with a crazy number with all kind of none sense fees to jack up the price!
Warrant Not Honored-Gainesville Mazda is a rip off. Beware! - TJ3
Took our Mazda 3 into the Mazda dealer in Gainesville for service as we had a problem with water leaking on the floorboards, carpet, windshield, seats, and truck/spare tire compartment after a heavy rain... and there's a lot of rain in Florida. The car is 2 years old, with only 8,800 miles...and in tip-top shape cosmetically...and has never been in an accident. It is cared for and still under warranty. The water leakage problem started some 5-6 weeks ago... and has caused mold to appear in various places throughout the interior. I feel sick when I drive the car. The service manager at the Davis Mazda dealership... located on main street in Gainesville, FL, told me that they could not fix the car, nor could they even look at it until I paid to have a diagnostic fee to determine if the water leakage was covered under the warranty. Really? They want to charge me to examine the car for an obvious defect that is causing water to leak into to the interior of the car. What a rip off. I called the Corporate office and they gave me the same run around. There are numerous people complaining about this same problem on the Internet... so I am sure that Mazda is aware of it. Go elsewhere to buy a car. My advice is to stay away from the Davis dealership period... horrible customer service... and a rip off. Mazda does not honor its warranty. Shame! We will be trading our water-logged Mazda in and will never buy or own a Mazda again. These cars are junk. Consumers beware. Stay away from this dealership and away from Mazda.
Routine Auto Butler Treatment - jmb0406
Took in our CX 5 for annual, "free", Auto Butler treatment which includes vacuuming the interior. When I picked up the car, the exterior looked fine, but if they vacuumed, they did a poor job. Shouldn't have to bring back and be inconvenienced. It's relatively minor, but how we judge customer service. Disappointed, Rest of our experiences have been positive with this dealership (so far).
This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Steve Lutz.... - hyundaibill
This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Steve Lutz. He always welcomes me to the dealership and spends the time I need to make a decision and makes sure I get the best car for what I need. I am 94 and looking forward to getting a 5th car from Steve someday!
Rude sales manager - VeronicaN
Almost at the end of last year I decided to buy a vehicle, compared between a Mazda 6 and a Honda Accord. After a couple of visits to the Precision Mazda, Daniel Castrillon which is an awesome salesman showed me the car, explained to me how safe it is and I decided to go for it. After a few months I decided to take a look at the contract and noticed there was a dealer's fee that was supposed to be waived and it seemed like my car will end up costing $33 thousand. It didn't make any sense to me since the car initially was $24k and I gave them $6k down. Everywhere I asked I have been told the money down is taken from the original price of the car before taxes. Went back and spoke to the Sales Manager and from the beginning he started raising his voice saying that we can take that contract to a lawyer and they will agree that the contract is right. Explained to him that I was told the money down should be taken from the price before taxes. The sales manager very rude said that whoever said that the money down is taken before taxes is stupid, and that he has 15 years experience. Explained the person who told me that has 25+ years of sales experience. He asked us to leave immediately, no explanation or trying to break things down to make sure where the money went. Even after i told him it doesn't make sense because I'm paying taxes and fees for money I gave them. He said he was going to call the police, i told him that all I needed was a simple explanation. He gave the most vague explanation and after all the frustration we ended up leaving. The sales personnel is great but the sales manager is the most rude and unpleasant person they could have ever hired. He started mentioning lawyers and calling the police without even listening, I never said that they stole money from me but all I needed was an explanation. Very rude sales manager, I'm a manager too and I don't treat people the way he treated my fiancée and I, very unprofessional and disrespectful.
