I've had my car for two years now and it's required 4 visits to the service department for some minor recall updates, one defective horn replaced under warranty and periodic service. In every case the appointments I scheduled were kept in a timely manner. When parts were ordered they were quick to let me know when they were in and arranged a convenient time to replace them. My periodic services were all prepaid and there was no attempt to 'add extras'. Their waiting area is first class with a variety of seating options to include chairs, tables, and couches. If you bring your laptop you can use their wifi to stay connected. They also have plenty of beverage choices and normally donuts are readily available. They use texting to keep you informed of your cars progress which is great for me because I like to get my steps in walking through the surrounding dealership lots.
