Took my Jeep in for heavy service, made an appointment easily, and received excellent service from my Service advisor Debbie Stout. Received excellent communication through the process, patience, and explanation of what was wrong with the vehicle and the costs associated with the service needing to be completed. A great overall experience and comfort in knowing how the process was going and that my car was being taken care of. Debbie was fantastic to work with!

The personnel are courteous and professional. The process was efficient and they kept me apprised of the service progress. After checking the vehicle while servicing it, the technician informed me that I didn’t need to change my wiper blades, saving me the cost. All in all whether the sales staff or the service staff a professional group.

The worse service station I have ever dealt with, made an appointment which meant nothing. Waited 7 hours for a simple diagnosis and price of $4300 to replace a power steering pump versus going down the street to a reputable company and get a price of $979 labor and material with 3 year warranty. Price gougers !! Stay clear. The service manager, Bill has a lot to learn regarding customer service.
