I want to shed light on Kailey Baker in service. I had to get a rental for a few days. She took me to Hertz. The drive there she made me feel so comfortable. When we arrived she stayed with me the entire time until I was assigned a vehicle. She never complained about the wait! Even the Hertz associate applauded her for staying with me. She helped me put all my belonging in the rental. Car seat and all! When it was time to return the rental she made sure to call me and let me know she was on the way. Great communication! Again she helped me transfer all of my belongings in her car. When we got to the dealership in the beaming on sun she again helped me transfer car seat and all into my vehicle. Very helpful young lady, God bless her! 10/10 specifically to her! Never complained, never made me feel of an inconvenience. She deserves a raise.

I brought in my 2017 Accord Hybrid with almost 90000 miles in it for an oil change. While I was there I decided to look at upgrading to a 2024 CRV. The dealership had a nice selection to choose from and John Harbaugh (not the Ravens coach) was kind enough to allow me a few different test drives. I decided to purchase a 2024 Hybrid CRV and feel like I got a fair enough deal in the process. Overall the experience was less painful than expected and the paperwork efficient.

Sport Subaru service reps have always been top of the line with us since we purchased our accent. However when we came in yeaterday to talk about the paint job on our car, we checked in with Paul who has always provided excellent service to us since he has been our service representative. After discussing the roughness of our paint Paul had the car washed and wax to see if the surface of the paint still felt rough and it did. Paul requested his service manager, Chad Vance to come out and check it. After talking with Chad we were told this was not covered under the paint warranty we had purchased. My wife or I did not care for the tone of Chad's voice. We felt we were sold a bogus warranty from what we remember being told about the warranty from the sales associate at the time of purchase. After leaving a little angry after dealing with Chad. I had mentioned contacting the FTC about being lied to on that particular warranty it didn't phase Chad and he just said go ahead and contact them. That's when I felt that maybe we made a mistake dealing with Sport Subaru. Anyway got home and read through the warranty again and Chad was right, there was nothing I could do and the warranty expires this month so not even worth canceling, lesson learned on warranties. My apologies to Chad but still did not care for the frustrated tone in his voice. If we ever decide to buy from subaru again we will not be purchasing the extra warranties. Thank you for your time.

We don't even own a Cadillac, but we have used their Body Shop and Service for our Volvo and BMW, and we could not be happier! Tom, the Service Manager is simply AMAZING! He is attentive, knowledgeable, and super pleasant. We dealt with D'Andre, who is also very nice! In the past, we have dealt with Victor, in the Body Shop, who was incredible too. We will keep on going back! :)

I went in for a typical oil change but turned out Danny let me know that there were a few things that needed to be updated that I pretty much had an idea already ( tires , brakes ) . He was very attentive, explained everything in detail throughly and kept me updated during this whole process , honestly great service. On top of that Danny Is always super accommodating as well . The dealership is always nice and clean every time I’ve gone plus everyone is very nice , they check you in right away .
