They sell lemons to people who are in a bad credit or no credit situation because it’s mostly likely needed. They do not care and they over charge for these 10+ year old cars as soon as you leave the lot you’re on your own. They cut your car off for everything policy states 5 days but they have cut my car off 2-3 days. They are a fraud company who takes advantage of helpless people and they need to be shut down. I got a car in January 2023 and by February the car needed oil change which I can’t get due to being declined because my filter is too tight and I told them that but they don’t car. I need brakes, tires and a few things on the inside are falling apart but they want their money. This company was built and designed to cripple minorities or low income people and it’s sick.

Overall, we had a positive experience with Volkswagen, and I would recommend this dealership to others. We worked with Jacob throughout the purchasing process, and I appreciate his assistance in helping us get everything finalized. The only part of the experience I found somewhat confusing was the pricing and financing structure. The vehicle was advertised at a discounted price, but obtaining that price required accepting a higher interest rate. On the other hand, choosing the lower promotional interest rate came with a different discount structure that brought the vehicle’s price closer to MSRP. I feel this could have been explained more clearly upfront, as it made comparing the financing options a little frustrating. As far as communication, responses were not always immediate, but that wasn’t a major concern for us since we started the process early and were not in a rush. We had plenty of time to work through the details before making a final decision. One of the biggest positives was how smoothly everything went when my son arrived at the dealership. He didn’t have to spend hours waiting around, and most importantly, he drove away with the exact vehicle he wanted! He was extremely satisfied with his purchase, and that was ultimately what mattered most to me. Despite the initial confusion surrounding the pricing and financing options, I appreciate Jacob’s help and the dealership’s efforts to make the overall buying experience a good one. There is always room for improvement, particularly with transparency in advertised pricing, but we are happy with the outcome. Called from out of state and made offer about $750 less than asking price. Zidan verbally accepted offer and I had already filled out financial application online. After 3 days of not hearing from him, I finally got him via text which he told me he accepted my offer as a cash deal which he never said upfront. I asked a few questions regarding price and he told me ALL their listed prices were cash deals only. I asked him why have a financial application online then. He chuckled and that was the last time I heard from him. I guess because I'm from up north I'm not valued as a customer. My money is as green as the money from Georgia. Up here in New England, if this happened, the owners themselves would be contacting me, apologizing for Zidan's behavior and practically doing whatever it takes to earn my business. Glad I don't live in Georgia. BEWARE!!! STAY CLEAR!!

Bought a car here had 1 week ac not working engine light was on I was very upset after about 4 phone calls talked to sales rep who was transferred me to Ashley only he thought he did I heard all the laughing and jokes about me complaining. I hung up get to Ashley who says just bring it up here we will look at it and fix it if we can't we will send it out they had my car for 2 weeks. I was told it's fixed come pick it up today. I got the car check engine light was on after 5 minutes ac was blowing hot air. Ashley said he drove it engine light never came on ac was fine. I went to Auto zone they said that's a lie the censor is bad there's no way he drove it and the engine light was off. The ac has no freon that's why it's blowing warm air. Ashley flat out lied to me! Now I have to take it some place to find out why the freon is leaking. All he said is well it's used so you might have problems. As we picked up the car that was NEVER fixed there was a lady there who said she bought a car yesterday and is having problems all I said was good luck! I had to give one star cause it won't let me give zero.

At the dealership everyone was friendly, but I was not allowed to test drive my truck because it was blocked by other trucks. I purchased it in Baxley and the salesman (Ryan) said they would deliver it to me in Valdosta on a Rollback and he would be with them to get everything activated in the truck. He also stated he would call me the next business day to set everything up. None of these things happened. Someone from the Woody Folsom dealership drove it to Valdosta, so I didn’t even get to drive it until it had over 100 miles on it. It clearly was never detailed and missing at least a quarter tank of gas. I noticed some damages, such as scratches and cuts throughout the interior and dash. The delivery driver walked around the truck with me as I took pictures of the damages. They contacted the salesman to let him know I was not happy with what I found. He assured me all the damages I found would be fixed and said it would probably be next week when they could take care of it or hire a local company to fix everything. It has been weeks now. I sent text messages, emails, and even used the “Contact Us” on the Woody Folsom homepage. I didn’t get a response from the dealership’s homepage. Ryan confirmed on the texts and emails that they will take care of everything and he would call me back to set it up. At this point I feel like a bill collector trying to get in touch with the salesman to honor the repair agreement. My overall experience with the dealership would be everyone is friendly when you are buying a vehicle from them, but the service after the sell is terrible.

Went and bought a car ( honda accord 17) august 5th. Worst mistake of my life. When i drove it everything seemed fine. A week later out of the blue. 4 lights popped up. Its runs like 💩 These people mask all the issues at the time of purchase. And when you actually pay for everything and drive it off there lot issue arises. They push this awful warranty because they know there cars are trash. They take no accountability for anything. I took my car to an actual honda dealership and they inspect and appraise my car because they are interested in buying it. They tell me " how the xxxx did this car pass inspection, this would've never left my lot. You have 4 bald tires. And your breaks are on its last legs." I didnt ask for any inspection. I was there to get a a key fob because motor max gave me a faulty key. They tell me i have Grounds to sue and im strongly considering it. Anyone thats goes to this establishment please thoroughly check everything. These people will smile in your face to get the sale. And wont help with any issues after they take your $$$$$

BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy from these crooks! I bought a Range Rover from MATT and DEREK SIMS I came to the dealership and paid $14,500 in cash on my way home with the vehicle. It overheated and I pulled in the dealership. They told me it had a blown head gasket. I called Matt and he told me to leave the car there they would find me another within the week, and I never seen the car or my money ever again. I took him to court, and he put the dealership in his brother’s name, and I have a judgment against him, and he has yet to pay me a single penny! They use civil law as there way to steal and make you spend thousands to take them to court. RUN FROM THIS DEALER!
